The completion of Cellobot! I must say, my favorite part is the coil at the top of his head.
This robot and two others were featured in Proximity Gallery’s exhibit It’s Only a Paper Moon.

This is the first birthday gift I gave my boyfriend. He’s tall and a little lanky, and the eyes emulate his glasses. He travels a lot for work-in fact, the week after our first date he was in Kansas City for a week. So I gave Lincbot a jet pack and treads for his feet since he’s always on the move! Also there is a compass on his back hand to point him in the right direction. Though in real life, he never seems to need any means of navigation!
He’s also learning how to play the violin, so naturally I delved in to trying to make one. The strings are actually tiny rods of styrene, since I didn’t like the look of paper strips.
OMG, that’s so fucking cool! Someone from the science side of Tumblr needs to come along and tell me what’s going on here!
the bubble is freezing you fucking idiot
thank u science side of tumblr

As a Muslim, I’m sick of people asking me how I feel about 9/11. What do you want me to say, seriously?
Do you want me to say, “It was a great plan, mwahahaha!” before I fly off on a magic carpet?
I was born and raised in this country and was just as shocked as everyone else to learn there were people on this earth so vile as to commit such a horrific attack - or to even think about doing it.
But I didn’t do it. Neither did 99.999999999 percent of the roughly 1.5 billion people in the world who also call themselves Muslims. So why should I or any other Muslim apologize for what happened?
Nickleback is planning on releasing another album. Should I ask white people to apologize for that?

i was browsing through ellen degeneres’ youtube videos and when i was watching her interview segments i noticed a trend where she keeps the comments enabled for all of her adult interviews but when she has a child on the show she disables any of the comments to protect the child from any bullying or negative feedback and that is why she and her team of producers are incredible
